2021年3月9日市场监管总局和国家标准委发布的标准公告（2021年第3号）GB/T 39600—2021《人造板及其制品甲醛释放量分级》和GB/T39598—2021《基于极限甲醛量的人造板室内承载限量指南》正式发布，新国标于2021年10月1日正式实施。
新国标将室内用人造板及其制品的甲醛释放量分为三个等级：E1级、E0级、日本F☆☆☆☆级、ENF级，分别对应不同的限量值。
国标ENF级≤0.025mg/m³；日本F☆☆☆☆级≤0.03mg/L；国标E0级≤0.05mg/m³；国标E1级≤0.124mg/m³。
